CANCELLATION POLICY

SKNMUSE requires a 24 hour advanced notice for all canceled or rescheduled appointments. There will be a 50% charge of service booked if canceled within 24 hours. SKNMUSE reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments within a 12 hour timeframe from the time of appointment, which will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 100% of service booked. All no call no shows will be charged 100%. We understand that life happens and if there is any reason you need to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, please email us as soon as possible.
